お客様が実際どのような形でお使いいただいているのかをお聞きし、
この場でご紹介させていただきたいと思います。
今回のお客様は「写真スタジオ」です。
This time, we will feature a photograph studio.
以前は店頭でアルバムのお渡しが多かったそうですが、
最近は遠方のお客様が多いので発送することがほとんどだそうです。
そこで当社のダンボール箱「かぶせ式 フタ底」をご利用いただいています。
The shop used to handle photo albums face-to-face in a store,
but as they have a lot of customers in distant places recently,
they often send packages by mail now.
They decided to use a box with a lid (shoebox style).
お使いいただき始めたころは当社で箱を組立た状態で納品していました。
しかし、かさ張るということで、のりを貼る前の状態で納品し、
お客様で箱の成型をしていただいています。
At first, we sold the boxes in an assembled state.
However, they took up valuable space in the store, so we began to deliver them unassembled.
箱を何で留めるか最初は苦労されたそうです。
当社では木工用ボンドなどで成型するのをお教えするのですが、
これだとどうも上手くいかなかったそうで色々試された結果「紙テープ」が一番ベストだそうです。
The shop owners commented that it was difficult for them to figure out how to put the boxes together
at first.
We advised them to use glue, but it wasn’t the best answer for the shop.
They tried many alternate ways, and finally found the best solution for them was paper tape.
まずは箱をテープでとめ、
First of all, they tape the box together.
アルバムを袋に入れ梱包、そしてお店からのメッセージも同封。
Then, they put the photo album in a bag, add a personal message from the shop,
and put it all in the box.
Voila, the packing is complete!
大切な記念写真なので、アルバムの角が折れないように大切に、念入りに梱包。
Because the contents are important photos, the boxes are packed carefully so that the corners of the
albums aren’t damaged.
そして大切なお客様へお届けです。
All of this is done before shipment, and it’s all for the customer.
お客様の大切な瞬間を収めた「記念アルバム」を大事にしたいというオーナー夫妻の想いが、
梱包の仕方ひとつをとってもたくさん詰まっていました。
The owners want to take good care of the albums that are so crucial to the customers.
With careful consideration, they found their own unique packaging style.
