今回ご紹介する通函は底が
「マジックテープ付き」
クラフトテープいらず！！です。
This time, I’d like to introduce a new style of shuttle box.
It usees velcro!
We don’t need to use craft tape.
当社でお客様に納品する際、毎日クラフトテープを貼り使用していました。
3つの問題点
①箱が傷みやすい
②クラフトテープを貼るのが手間、そしてもったいない
③クラフトテープを貼っているため、たたまず返却されるので工場内でかさ張る
When our company delivers producta to custermers,
we use shuttle boxees sealed with craft tape daily.
However,there are 3 problems.
1. Boxes become damaged easily.
2. We waste time and materials(craft tape) applying the tape to the boxes.
3. When the shuttle box is returned without the tape remove and still assembled,
it takes up space in the factory.
そこで…
マジックテープをつけてみたら？！
Therefore…
Why not put velcro on a box?!
たった3ステップで「あっ！」という間に完成しました。
①箱を組み立てる
②マジックテープを留める
③箱をひっくり返す
Wow ！What an easy way to make a box! There are only 3 steps!
1. Assmble a box.
2. Fasten velcro.
3. Turn the box upside-down.
これを使ったスタッフの一言、
「めっちゃ早い！」でした。
輸送だけでなく工場内のいたるところで大活躍しています！！
One staff member who tried this method said,

It’s performed outstandingly throuhout the factory, as well as in transport!

当社の使用している通函で
「ダンボール+クラフトテープ」と「ダンボール+マジックテープ」で
比較してみました。

We compared the box/craft tape method with the box/velcro method using the satndard box size our company uses.
例）当社使用サイズ 640ｘ535ｘ605
クラフトテープを貼る通函 ３５０円（参考価格）
マジックテープつき通函 3８６円（参考価格）

テープ代 2.24円 + 貼る人件費 ５円 ＝ 計７.２4円 が毎回かかります。
（クラフトテープ50ｍｍｘ50ｍ巻 １４０円を80ｃｍ使用、
人件費 時給９００円の人が２０秒かかった場合） 当社調べ
For example, with a 640mmx535mmx605mm box,
・Box/craft tape cost:350yen(reference price)
if one roll of 50nnx50n craft tape costs 140yen,80vm of tape cost2.24yen.
if a staff member on a900 yen/hour wage must accurately apply craft tape,
20seconds of labour costs 5yen.
added together,a cost of 7.24 yen is accumulated each time a shuttle box is needed.
・Box/velcro cost 386yen(refernce price)
グラフをみていただくと、13回使用していただくと、マジックテープの方がお得になります。
当社での使用回数をみてみると、最低３5回は使用でき、
３５回使っていただくと１５９円のお得となります。
Cheaking this graph, you can see that the box/velcro method becomes more cost-efficient after 13 uses.
Researching the toughness of the shuttle box, we can use each box 35 times.
If you use the box35 times , you save 159 yen with this method!!
